Care & Assistant Wellbeing Consultant

A bit about Carrie
With a background in person-centred counselling and as a registered member of the BACP, I am passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology—a subject that has fascinated me for as long as I can remember—I am committed to deepening my understanding of the human mind and how to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What's important to them?
Family is at the heart of everything I do. Spending quality time together, whether it’s enjoying a shared meal or staying active as keen gym members, is what keeps me grounded and brings me joy. Health, wellness, and connection are central to my life, both personally and professionally.
The things that light Carrie up at work
While part of my time is spent in an assistant role, my true calling is in companion work. Being on the front line, offering comfort, support, and a listening ear during moments of hardship, is deeply fulfilling. There’s nothing more rewarding than bringing a smile to someone’s face, offering reassurance, or simply being present. To me, making a positive impact in this way isn’t just work—it’s my purpose.
